Matt is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor and repeat fintech founder. He was previously CEO and Founder of Pariti, which was sold to Tandem Bank, and was most recently Partner at Mouro Capital, a global fintech venture capital fund.

Stuart chairs Sidekick's Board and is responsible for overall governance and leadership of the business. Stuart has over 40 years' experience in management roles across banking, investment and credit, including at Coutts & Co.

Derek leads Sidekick’s technology strategy, overseeing the engineering and platform development. He brings over 20 years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership, having held senior roles at companies including Meta, Tarabut, Skyscanner, Skype and Culture Trip.

Alex leads Sidekick’s operations, bringing deep experience scaling fintechs. He has held senior roles at leading financial services companies including Neyber (Goldman Sachs), Bank of Ireland, Starling Bank and StudentFinance, with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering operational excellence.

Robin oversees Sidekick's compliance activities and is responsible for money laundering reporting. He has been a senior compliance leader within regulated firms across a 15+ year period, high growth international fintechs.

Adrian has a focus on our backend platform, bringing with him over 20 years experience leading full stack development in startups ranging across mobile web, app development, referral marketing, and most recently a number of fintech platforms.

James has 10 years experience working with emerging technologies for startups, agencies and innovation labs. He's passionate about creating innovative digital products and is responsible for developing new features for Sidekick's mobile app.

Lucy is passionate about making finance more inclusive through engaging, user-centred experiences. She previously worked at the digital design agency Wiedemann Lampe, investment platform WealthKernel, and the family-focused financial planning app Nosso.

Sam is a backend engineer focused on the systems and integrations that keep the platform running smoothly at scale. With four years of full-stack experience in startup environments, he builds dependable infrastructure grounded in the principle that the best systems work quietly in the background.

Rob is a senior mobile developer with 7 years of experience working across startups and national UK brands. At Sidekick, he's responsible for building new product features for the mobile app.

James brings 10+ years of expertise in full-stack development for innovative startups and growing companies. He specialises in building robust mobile and web applications, and currently develops features for the Sidekick platform.
