Derek leads Sidekick’s technology strategy, overseeing the engineering and platform development. He brings over 20 years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership, having held senior roles at companies including Meta, Tarabut, Skyscanner, Skype and Culture Trip.
Stuart chairs Sidekick's Board and is responsible for overall governance and leadership of the business. Stuart has over 40 years' experience in management roles across banking, investment and credit, including at Coutts & Co.

James has 10 years experience working with emerging technologies for startups, agencies and innovation labs. He's passionate about creating innovative digital products and is responsible for developing new features for Sidekick's mobile app.
Lucy is passionate about making finance more inclusive through engaging, user-centred experiences. She previously worked at the digital design agency Wiedemann Lampe, investment platform WealthKernel, and the family-focused financial planning app Nosso.

Gonçalo is a seasoned software architect and technical leader with over a decade of experience building scalable platforms across fintech. Before joining Sidekick, he held senior engineering roles at companies including Airbnb and Clim8, where he led cross-functional teams and delivered complex, high-performance systems.
